Terms of Service — pix ai

These are the rules for using pix ai: who can sign up, what is allowed inside a chat, how payments work and what happens if something goes wrong.

Effective date: 1 August 2026 · Applies to pixe-ai.com and the pix ai companion chat.

1. Agreement to these termsBy opening pixe-ai.com or using any pix ai feature you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Who may use pix aiYou must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By using pix ai you confirm both, and you accept responsibility for any use of your account.
3. What pix ai providespix ai provides entertainment conversation with fictional companion characters. The service is provided as it stands and may change as features are added or retired.
4. Fictional charactersEvery companion on pix ai is invented. Names, ages, biographies and portraits are creative content and do not depict real individuals, endorsements or relationships.
5. Not adviceCompanion replies are not medical, legal, psychological, financial or safety advice. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
6. Emergenciespix ai is not an emergency service. If you or somebody else is in danger, contact local emergency services or a recognised crisis line immediately.
7. Account registrationYou agree to give accurate registration details and to keep them up to date. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions.
8. Account securityKeep your credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials.
9. Acceptable useUse pix ai lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harass real people, to break the law, or to produce content prohibited by these terms.
10. Prohibited contentYou may not submit or attempt to generate content that sexualises minors, depicts non-consensual acts, promotes terrorism or violence, or infringes another person’s rights.
11. Prohibited technical conductNo scraping, framing, reverse engineering, automated access, credential sharing, load testing, security probing or interference with the service or its infrastructure.
12. ImpersonationDo not present yourself as pix ai staff, another member, or a real public figure, and do not use the service to deceive others about who you are.
13. Your contentYou keep ownership of what you write. You grant pix ai a limited licence to store, process and display your messages for the purpose of operating the chat you asked for.
14. Our contentThe pix ai name, interface, text, artwork, companion characters and code are protected by intellectual property law and remain ours or our licensors’ property.
15. Limited licence to youWe grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use pix ai for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
16. FeedbackIf you send suggestions we may use them without obligation, payment or confidentiality, and you keep no claim over features inspired by them.
17. Free and paid accessSome features are free and others require payment. Prices, inclusions and limits are shown before you buy, and we may change them for future purchases.
18. Billing and renewalWhere a plan renews, it renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves current access running to the end of the paid period.
19. RefundsDigital access is delivered immediately, so refunds are discretionary except where a statutory right applies. Billing errors are corrected as soon as they are confirmed.
20. ChargebacksContact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Accounts subject to an unexplained chargeback may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.
21. TaxesPrices may exclude taxes that apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any tax charged on top of the listed amount.
22. Third-party servicespix ai relies on hosting, payment and delivery providers, and links to external destinations. We are not responsible for the content or terms of third-party services.
23. AvailabilityWe aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates, provider incidents and events beyond our control can interrupt access.
24. Modifications to the serviceWe may add, change, limit or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces a paid benefit you have already bought, we will offer a reasonable remedy.
25. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other members, or exposes pix ai to legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
26. Effect of terminationOn termination your licence ends and access stops. Provisions on ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive.
27. Disclaimer of warrantiesTo the extent permitted by law, pix ai is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
28. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent permitted by law, pix ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
29. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify pix ai against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.
30. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
31. Dispute resolutionPlease contact us first; most issues are resolved informally. If that fails, disputes go to the competent courts of the operator’s jurisdiction unless local law gives you another forum.
32. Severability and assignmentIf a clause is found unenforceable the rest remains in force. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
33. Entire agreement and updatesThese terms, with the Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between you and pix ai. Updated versions are published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
